Masterchef India is a one of its kind culinary competition that is based on the UK and Australian Masterchef format. I am not familiar with the UK Masterchef, but I’ve been closely following the Masterchef Australia 2010 competition that is broadcasted on Star world.
It was evident that we Indians should have our own show. So, Masterchef India was born.
But the celebration is bigger than the other MasterChef Versions. Here, in the Masterchef kitchen, we have the Bollywood Superstar: Akshay Kumar, connecting with the Masterchef participants.
Akshay Kumar along with the master chef judges will decide the fate of the participants every week. Out of the selected pool of wannabe-chefs, only one will stand out and emerge as a winner.
You can catch all the action of Masterchef India on Star Plus at 9PM, on Saturday and Sunday. You can also watch Masterchef Australia that is broadcasted on every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 9PM.
