Are You Prepared to Write Articles For Client?

I am sure there are a lot of things that are on your mind right now. How to start writing articles, the article format and how to find clients and a hell lot of questions that are boggling you right now? Don’t worry! We’ll sort everything, brick by brick.

For now, let’s talk about writing articles for a client. Are you prepared for it? Do you have the writing skills in you? Well, I wouldn’t say you need to be skilled to write articles for the client. You just need to work as per the requirements and stick to the rules.

Also, on a side note, I’d like to say that my writing style may seem blunt and not up to the mark. I claim myself to be a decent article writer, not professional. I’ve never worked as a article writer but I do hire article writers on a regular basis. I am the client. And I do know what it takes to get a good article writer. That being said, here are the qualities I always look for into any article writer..

Error free articles: Using punctuation when needed are a must, and having a free flow of the sentence accounts for an error-free article. There are many forums where we can learn the right usage of punctuations and engage in English discussion board to keep yourselves up to date with the grammar usage.

Readable content: The content should be readable. I prefer easy to read articles that are informative. Everyone likes them! So, keep your articles readable and simple.

Researched articles: I’ve dealt with writers who have written 300 words of fluff with no real information. Avoid making up stories — stick to the point and end the article with a nice conclusion. If you are unsure of the topic then use Google search engine. Remember, Google is your best friend when it comes to finding information instantly.

Deadline: Articles produced in a timely fashion would surely get your more article orders from the client. Plus, the client will be happy to receive articles quickly and within the specified deadline! Never miss the deadline for any reason, especially if you’re starting out as an article writing. Like they say, first impression is the best impression! So don’t give a chance for the client to point a finger on you.

Over delivering: I’ve come across some writers who over-delivered articles on our first talk. Say I requested a 500 word article and the article writer provides quality researched article of 600 words. It certainly does leaves a impression and couple more orders are done given the quality is not compromised.

Feel confident enough? Can you write quality articles? Let’s start minting money by finding our clients then.
