Yes, you can create a new free website. But let’s rephrase the question: Should I use free website?
I’d not recommend it for numerous reasons. But if you are starting out, and don’t want to make a hole in your pocket for the hosting and domain name, then yes – go for a free website.
Making free website is easy, some of the sites offer new free sub-domain sites along with free templates to use. By sub domain, I mean that you will not be able to use site.com; instead you will be given site.blog.com.
But that’s free, right? And you should be okay with the sub-domain name. Free sites work out pretty well if you are passionately writing articles in your free time, say that you’re rambling about your personal life; a personal blog is what I mean.
However, if you want to make money online, or if you’re setting up your company corporate website then do not go for free website. Of course, you can save thousands of rupees but having a free website under sub-domain breaches the professionalism.
