If you are tempted to have your own website because of the advantages a website has to offer, then go ahead and make one!
But as I mentioned in one of my post — titled: How to create a website — you do require a domain name and hosting. And the overall cost could easily be 2000 INR. And if you are unwilling to spend that amount just for the hosting and domain name (excluding website design) then you should go for a free website.
